What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we receive your email address, phone number, the language selected on the website, your consent, and basic technical information needed to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information to confirm your interest, send HimaGo launch and early-access news, answer requests, and protect the form from spam. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.
How the form works
HimaGo does not currently keep its own subscriber database. FormSubmit processes the form and emails the submission to HimaGo. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent, unsubscribe, ask what information we have, or request deletion at any time. Email us and we will handle your request as soon as reasonably possible.
Device preferences
The website may save your language preference in your browser so the experience remains consistent. You can clear it through your browser settings.
Security & children
We use reasonable safeguards and collect as little information as possible. The waitlist is not intended for children under 16. Please do not submit an address if you are under 16 without permission from a parent or guardian.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when HimaGo introduces new features or a subscriber database. Important changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
